ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2018 and proudly serves the West Michigan communities of Muskegon, Spring Lake, Fruitport, and Grand Haven. With more than 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve always had a passion for helping people protect what matters most. Insurance runs in my family, and that foundation helped shape the values of integrity, care, and strong relationships that guide our agency today.
I graduated from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, where I was an avid golfer. Family is incredibly important to me - I’m married and a proud father of four. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors skiing, boating, and golfing.
Giving back to the community is a big part of who we are. I’ve coached the Boys High School Golf team at WMC High School for several years and volunteer with the Lakeshore Junior Lumberjacks youth hockey program. Our agency also supports local schools, first responders, hospitals, and community events throughout the Muskegon area.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ben Vanbiesbrouck - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
