"I honestly thought I'd lost everything.

A few weeks ago, someone got access to my email through a phishing scam, which gave them access to my banking information. Before I even realized what was happening, they changed all of my passwords and had transferred just over $187,000 out of my business operating account and opened multiple lines of credit using my identity. Even worse, the fraud triggered a review by my bank, which froze the rest of my accounts. Payroll for my employees was due in less than 48 hours, and I was pretty sure I was about to lose the family business my great great grandparents built in 1862.

He explained what my policy covered, worked with the fraud investigators, connected me with the claims team, and stayed in constant communication with me while everything was being sorted out. Because of Zach’s expertise and professionalism, my claim moved far faster than I ever expected. I was able to recover financially, keep my business operating, pay my employees on time, and avoid what I though was going to be a complete financial collapse and family embarrassment.

If I could offer any advise to an Agency Owner it would be this… I learned that my best agents leave when I stop valuing them as people, not just performers. Recognition is the real currency!! So shoutout to you and your team Ben and Thank you Sam for being so great to work with!!
