"Would give a zero Stars if I could after my recent experience. I have been a State Farm customer for over 15 years now. Until now, that is. Had my account on autopay, and temporarily shut down my business and closed the bank account associated with my State Farm billing. Got a notification that my account was past due and called to make a payment and spoke with a customer representative, whom took my payment over the phone...after which I asked them about looking into my policy to see if anything could be changed to lower my bill. I was told by that representative that they would reach out to me after the payment process and they had a chance to go over my policy, to see if my bill could be lowered and to get my account back on auto pay. Weeks went by and I never got a call back and before I knew it my bill was overdue again. I reached out to the branch manager who tried to telling me that employee did in fact reach out and left a voicemail... Problem is I don't have voicemail setup on my phone so it's literally impossible to leave me a voicemail. It was at this time I actually looked into my policy and realized that I had still been being killed fully for my business even though it had been shut down for several months. I didn't realize this because it was on auto pay. I also noticed I had been being billed for several months on a life insurance policy that was supposed to have been canceled when I got approved for a million-dollar whole life policy. The branch manager proceeded to call me a liar after leaving a bad review, even after I provided screenshots of the communications between me and one of his Representatives. Somebody clearly dropped the ball and didn't want to admit accountability. The branch manager also texted me the comment saying they shouldn't have to hunt me down...... Like really?? YOUR REPRESENTATIVE said they were going to look into my policy and call me back and never did 🤷‍♂️ Taking my business elsewhere and wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone after this experience. Very unprofessional way to treat a loyal customer of 15 plus years! :UPDATE: after reading your response, I must say I'm rather floored..... I wish I could post a screenshots to show everyone how you called me a liar and said that you will not be doing business with me moving forward now you want to play that you're sorry and stated that someone tried to reach out and that there was a miscommunication? No, nobody reached out I could provide a screenshot of the call logs as well nobody reached out until it was too late. Best part of all been avoided with the return call I was initially promised, but I seem to remember your response to that being that you shouldn't have to track me down. But I will screenshot this along with the other screenshots I have and I will call you tomorrow to see if you in fact are willing to try to rectify the situation before I move forward with a formal complaint to corporate."

I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I assure you that we will use your feedback to improve our communication and accountability. If you are open to it, I would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss your experience further and see if there’s anything we can do to make this right. Thank you once again for your loyalty over the years. We hope to regain your trust."
